Many people think that getting or changing an assistance provider is complicated or time-consuming. It doesn't have to be - we at Ale Omsorg are happy to help you with the entire process. Whether you have assistance today or believe you are eligible for assistance, you are welcome to contact us for a no-obligation meeting.

Our 3-step process to become a customer

For us, it goes without saying that we listen to the customer's unique needs, wishes and interests before we develop an offer. We have therefore developed a 3-step process that is briefly described below:

First meeting - Introduction

We meet for an initial meeting where we present Ale Omsorg, our concept and what we stand for. During this meeting we discuss your life situation, needs and how your assistance can be improved. If you do not have assistance today, we will tell you how our lawyers can help you. The meeting is of course free of charge and you do not commit to anything.

Second meeting - A proposal

Based on the information from the first meeting, we will develop a proposal and present it to you. We will go through it together, discuss it and answer any questions you may have. Then you can think about it in peace and quiet.

Third meeting - Contract writing

If you find our proposal attractive, we will meet to sign an agreement. We will take care of the practicalities of the change and from the date you deem appropriate, we will take over responsibility for your personal assistance. We will handle all contacts with previous assistance providers and the Social Insurance Fund, unless you have other requests.

What happens then?

You will be assigned a contact person with us who will be your 'customer manager'. Together you will book a start-up meeting where you will go through your implementation plan and other matters relating to your assistance. This way you will have the best opportunity to shape your assistance according to your wishes. The supervisor will visit you every month (unless you have any other wishes).

Hiring your assistants.

As a customer, you are involved in the entire recruitment process, regardless of whether it concerns new recruitment or the employment of existing staff.

Our lawyers will review your current decisions and ensure that everything is in order. They will also review the possibilities for extended assistance if necessary.
